Skycam Digital collects only what we need to schedule work, produce the media, and stay in touch:
- Contact details you provide on this site: name, email, phone, and project notes.
- Booking details from our portal: property addresses, requested services, and shoot times.
- Messages, texts, and calls you send the studio.
The contact form on this site opens a message to our studio email. We do not run advertising cookies or sell audience data.
Use.
Why we keep it.
- To respond, schedule, and produce the work you asked for.
- To send delivery links, invoices, and shoot-related updates.
- To keep a record of the project so we can support it later.
We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Media.
Photos, film, and drone.
Photography, video, and aerial we capture may appear in our portfolio, on social, and in studio marketing, unless you ask us not to. Put that in writing and we will honor it.
Keep.
Security and how long.
We take reasonable measures to protect what you send us and keep it only as long as we need it to deliver the work and meet legal obligations. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we treat studio correspondence like client work: tightly held.
Choices.
What you can ask us.
You can request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us not to use captured media in our portfolio. Email or call. We will handle it like a studio, not a ticket queue.
Updates.
When this page changes.
We may revise this policy. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated policy.
